- Module Bar Setup: Configure the farmerswife modules that should appear at the top Navigation bar.
- Color Theme: If enabled in server, changes the fw application to display in Light or Dark mode. On mac only, selecting Auto will have the color mode follow the system settings of your macOS.
Note: All following settings with color pickers will now have TWO options: a Light and Dark for their respective Color Modes
- Interface Contrast: If enabled in server, changes the color contrast within the fw application.
- Day Markers: Displays a division line in dark grey between each day in the Long Form.
- Week Markers: Displays a division line in light grey between each week in the Long Form.
- Month Markers: Displays a division line in white between each month in the Long Form.
- Inventory/Full Name: Displays the Inventory Number next to each Object in the Project Tree and Object Tree, and the complete name (first and last names) of Users and Resources in Project Tree, Object Tree, Personnel Tree and Hourline.
- Dispatch Status: (When EMT is licensed) Displays an arrow icon indicating if an Object is in or out of the house. For further information please see the Equipment Management Tracking articles.
- Day Colors: Displays the corresponding day color vertically over the whole timeline of the Long Form. Bank Holiday = red, past week day = grey, actual day = green, future week days =light blue, weekend = white.
- Force Hourline Colors Everywhere: Will apply selected Hourline Color Coding in the Long Form Project/Object/Personnel Tree.
- Activities in Object Names: If enabled, the Activity that an Object has are shown in brackets (e.g. Anne (Editing, QC)) next to the User name in the Hourline, in the Object Tree or Personnel Tree. Sometimes it can be useful to see the Activity Name when booking an Object in case they mean different Rate levels set on the User or Room. This way the Booking person can directly see which of the available Resources e.g. is the one with the least cost. It could also be useful to see what type of 'Skill' a User has or what 'Software' is installed on a Workstation if Activities are used to distinguish between them.
- Line Height: Adjustment of the Long Form view. Scaling it bigger or smaller with a minimum range of 16 pixels and a maximum range of 30 pixels.
- Horizontal Line Color: Changes the color of the horizontal division lines of the Long Form view.
- Confirmed: Changes the default Sub Status color of Confirmed Bookings.
- Preliminary: Changes the default Sub Status color of Preliminary Bookings.
- Planning: Changes the default Sub Status color of Planning Bookings.
- Force Tasks Color: When enabled it will force a color for all Tasks when they are shown in the Objects tree, Personnel Tree or Hourline.
- Day Padding Before: Adds or reduces the amount of calendar days that will be displayed before the start day of a Project in the Long Form view.
- Day Padding After: Adds or reduces the amount of calendar days that will be displayed before the end day of a Project in the Long Form view.
- User Approval Status In the Web Permission Profile of a User the User Must Accept Or Decline New Bookings feature can be enabled. There are five different Approval Status that can be color coded the way they should appear in the Hourline/Long Form.
- Pending: Any new Booking that hasn't been checked by the User.
- Declined: The User declined the Booking.
- Declined (Read): The User declined the Booking. Option that can be accessed by clicking on the Object icon > User Approval Status. Used to mark that the Advanced User has seen the declined Booking.
- Accepted: The User accepted the Booking.
- Accepted (Read): The User accepted the Booking. Option that can be accessed by clicking on the Object icon > User Approval Status. Used to mark that the Advanced User has seen the accepted Booking.
