Those Custom Fields need to be added onto Framework Custom Field Templates that can be created in the Toolbox > Settings tab > Frameworks > Name/Customs.
Create a Framework Custom Field Template
Inside of the Toolbox > Settings tab > Frameworks lick inside of the Name/Customs entry field and select from the dropdown: Server Setup > New.
Type a name into the Name field and add new Custom Fields through the green plus sign.
Apply a Framework Custom Field Template
Double click on the Framework in the Project Tree so the Framework window opens. Click into the Name field and a drop down list shows the available Framework Custom Fields templates. Select one and the window will expand to show the corresponding Framework Custom Fields.
It is possible to load the Framework Custom Fields but then overwrite the Name of the Framework Custom Field Template. The Custom Fields are kept.
To delete Framework Custom Fields, double click on a Framework, enter the Name field and delete name, then select from the drop down list the empty drop down line.
Print Framework Custom Fields
Framework Custom Fields can be printed in three reports.
- User Report > Events section:
- Object report > Events section:
- Financial Report > Row section and you can group by any Framework Custom Field to run a report
