TIME REPORT NOTE (ALL DAYS):
- can not be added through the Web Client (only in Client Desktop App)
- can be displayed in the Financial Report > Rows & Source [From Class Booking]
- can be displayed Project/Invoice Report > From Details [Class Booking]
TIME REPORT DAY NOTE:
- is added in the Web Client by Web Users as NOTE in the Time Report
- can be displayed in the FinancialReport > Rows & Source [From Class Booking]
- can be displayed in the Project/Invoice Report if "View as separate days" is enabled.
OBJECT TIME REPORT NOTE:
- can be added separately for all day bookings
- can be displayed in the Financial Report > Rows
- can be displayed in the Project/Invoice Report if "View as separate days" is enabled.
View Class Bookings As Separate Days:
If set to No (default behaviour) a multi-day Booking will be displayed with all days merged into one line.
If set to Yes, then each day in a multi-day Booking will be displayed separately. This applies to the Edit Project window, Project Report, Invoices, Invoice Report.
The default behaviour can be overwritten in the Client Application by clicking on the Class Booking Icon and toggling Booking > Other > "View Class Booking As Separate Days" on specific Bookings. This will affect the layout when invoicing of the Class Booking.
Financial Report > Source Grouping:
If you first group by date, and "Mix Dates" in the Financial Report settings = off, then each day is shown individually and also the notes:
